Set one person’s price on a group visit

What this is for

By default, each person on a group visit is billed from their hourly rate times the visit length. Staff can set an exact dollar amount for one person on that visit instead, including $0 when they should not be charged.

Steps

1. Open the group session.
2. In the roster editor, find the person.
3. Turn on the custom amount for this visit and enter the dollar amount (or 0).
4. Save the session.

What you see after

• That person’s invoice uses the override amount, not rate × hours.
• Clearing the custom amount returns them to the usual rate calculation.
• Other people on the same visit keep their own rates or overrides.
