Who this is for

Anyone with an Up2Date Connect account for a clinic.

Steps

1. Open your clinic’s portal address (for example yourclinic.up2dateconnect.com).
2. Choose Sign in.
3. Enter the email and password the office gave you, or the ones you set.
4. If you belong to more than one clinic, pick the clinic you need after sign-in.

Tips

• Clients and agents use the same clinic address as staff, then land in their own portal.
• Forgot your password? Use Reset your password.
