One monthly progress report per program

What this is for

When staff generate a monthly progress update for a client and do not pick one enrollment, the clinic queues one PDF per counseling program. Assessment-only enrollments are skipped. Choosing a specific program still creates a single report for that enrollment.

Steps

1. Start a monthly progress report for the client.
2. Either leave the program blank (all counseling programs) or pick one enrollment.
3. Confirm generation.

What you see after

• Each counseling program gets its own PDF and library row for that period.
• If the client only has an assessment enrollment, generation explains that a counseling program is required.
