Reset your password

Request a set-password link.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, choose the link to reset or set your password.
2. Enter the email on your account.
3. Open the email from your clinic and follow the link.
4. Choose a new password, then sign in.

Tips

• The link expires. Request a new one if it no longer works.
• Staff cannot read your password. They can only send a new set-password link.
