Who can see each program, and limbo release

Each enrollment has its own invite list. Only invited referral agents see that program on the agent portal (programs, related sessions, and files tied to visits for that enrollment). An empty invite list means no agent is notified for that program’s events.

  1. Open the client’s enrollment editor for the program.
  2. Under Who can see this program, pick the agents.
  3. Save the enrollment.

When staff add someone on the client’s People list, that person is invited to every current program so they can open the case. Someone removed from the People list loses every program invite. Someone who already has invites keeps only those invites, so staff can still hide one program from them.

New enrollments start with no invites until staff add them (or a follower is added to the People list later). County, charge type, and counselor can also be set per enrollment when the editor shows those fields.

When staff move an enrollment out of limbo, the clinic stores that day as limbo_released_on. Automatic limbo waits a full quiet period after that day before it can put the enrollment back into limbo. That way a status staff just set is not undone the same night.
