Who this is for

What you see
Section titled “What you see”You only see programs the clinic invited you to for that client. Sessions, files, and notices for other programs stay hidden.
If a program is missing:
- Ask the office to open the client’s enrollment for that program.
- Under Who can see this program, confirm you are on the invite list.
- After they save, refresh your agent portal.
Being on the client’s People list usually invites you to every current program. Staff can still hide one program from you.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”When you are invited, that program’s visits and related files show under the clients you follow.
