Void a certificate when a finish is undone

What this is for
Section titled “What this is for”If a mistaken “present” mark finished a program and created a certificate that was never meant to go out, correcting attendance can reopen the enrollment. The certificate file is kept and marked void instead of being deleted. Staff still see voided rows with a Void mark. Agents and clients do not see voided certificates on their lists.
What staff see
Section titled “What staff see”- Reports library and client report cards show a Void mark and date when
voided_atis set. - Downloaded voided PDFs use a
VOID-file name prefix.
