Clinic staff
Section titled “Clinic staff”A client cannot sign in. Send a new set-password link from their profile. Confirm they use the clinic’s portal address.
Payments look wrong. Check Payments overview and unmatched Square charges.
Clients
Section titled “Clients”I do not see a bill. Ask the office — some fees appear only after attendance is recorded.
I want to stop automatic charges. Remove your card.
Agents
Section titled “Agents”I cannot see a program. Ask staff to invite you under that enrollment — see Programs you can see.
